The Colonial Life for Clients portal lets you review invoices online and get accurate balances and reports when you need them.
For example, the new Change Report on the Colonial Life for Clients portal allows you to see what employee changes have been made that will impact your payroll. You can see everything you need in one place and run payroll cleanly every time. With this new report you can:
The Change Report ensures you have the most accurate and up-to-date employee information to keep you current with any changes to deductions and billing. You can select the date from when you would like to begin evaluating any changes and the information can be used to make payroll updates or prepare for the next bill.
To begin, log into the Colonial Life for Clients portal and open Reports & Documents at the top of your screen. Click on the View Change Reports button on the right side of the page.
A window will appear on your screen, and you will be asked to enter the start date for the information you want included. Enter the date and click on the Download Report button. Your new report will be downloaded as an Excel file. With this information you can update your employee deductions to ensure accurate payroll and billing.
