Unum Group today reported net income of $280.9 million ($1.31 per diluted common share) for the first quarter of 2019, compared to net income of $273.5 million ($1.23 per diluted common share) for the first quarter of 2018.
Effective April 15, 2019, the Unum Group (NYSE:UNM) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share on its common stock to be paid on May 17, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 29, 2019.
